公司1988年创于中國香港，其前身为香港“勝安”公司，始創人為洪維迎夫婦。今日公司仍然專注于高彈力伸縮、室內健體、有氧運動服飾以及相關面料。

Libixing (was called Peixing on the earlier time) running as one of the major factory under Hongsgroup has gain its significance in the Jinjiang Swimwear Industry over the past 30 years . Not only as the forerunner to introduce 4-Way-Stretch fabric to Fujian Province but also the very first one to produce gymnastic and swim wears. The brand “ Kaiyue” won great popularity in Mainland market and contributed great influence to the growth of the industry in 1990s.
